Something happened which I'd never seen before and I thought it was pretty cool. After the game ended both teams continued to play so that anybody who didn't get a chance to play during the actual game still got to play. Kudos to the coaches for that move. If it were my son on the field I'd be very pleased.

When I was in high school, which was many moons ago and in a totally different state, I was the photographer for my yearbook my freshmen year (which I never had a chance to get shots like this as our squads had no talent) and later I was too busy being the only goth chick in the whole county, that being said... I can say honestly that I have a lot of respect for these girls. I could never do these things. One, I'm afraid of heights. Two, I don't trust easily. So kudos to their skills and their team work!

So my late Grandfather built this chair. I've had it since I was a little girl and I have shared it with my biological sister for her kids to use and now I've gotten it back for my "new older sister" to use with her kids also. It warms my heart, I still hope to have my own kids to use this chair and I hope my Grandfather knows that he is not forgotten. It means a lot for me to have my boy sit in the chair and I look forward to Buttercup using it also.
